Aflevering Leadership Maturity: Different Levels Of Maturity Lead To Different Expressions In Groups.

When I look back at photo or video material of myself 3-5 years ago, I dont recognize myself. It feels like looking at a different person. I see lots of layers of protection. I see someone who wants to share and lead, but also someone who is very concerned with the image she is putting out there, how others perceive her. In this episode I reflect back on that version of myself, with love and compassion. And I contemplate on how I think that different levels of maturity in our leaders define the level of maturity expressed by the people they lead. Want to aks/add/share something?
