Aflevering Psychological Manipulation: Anke & Oliver About 'Old' Leadership And How We Can Do This Differently.

I (Anke) recieved a couple of requests to talk about my experience in the community of Bentinho Massaro again but this time in English. After some hesitating and fearing I would just be repeating myself, but then in a different language, I decided to do it. Mainly because the people who requested this, did feel truly interested in learning from my experience, because they either were part of this community or a were finding themselves in a simular situation. So the roles are reversed in this episode, I asked Oliver to interview me about my experience. It felt like going back to something really, really old, and it took quite some effort to dive back into it. But, I am happy that we did, especially because laying out what we did NOT like about the way this community was led, gave us the opportunity to talk about how we DO envision groups of people move together towards a more beautiful world.
