Writer of two books: Tranquility parenting and Journal like a Stoic. Co founder of Stoicare: a volunteer-run charity that promotes Stoicism as a philosophy of care and well being. They offer resources, events and a gathering space for all Stoics who care about other people and our planet. Contrary to some common misconceptions, Stoicism had always been a philosophy of care: care for truth, care for people, care for self, and care for the world we live in. This ideal of active engagement in the world informs our approach of life.
