His research in psychology is focused on the breakdown in volitional actions commonly known as Procrastination and it's relation to personal well-being. He is a winner of numerous teaching awards, wrote several books and published a lot of articles. One of his books is called Solving The Procrastination Puzzle:a concise guide to strategies for change. Let's put some pieces of this puzzle together in this Episode!
