Two very diferent supercars, one is the true Grand Tourismo with one of the rare twin turbo V12's left on the planet. The V12 is churning out 835 PS and 1000 Nm of torque, the other is very sporty 4.0 liter twin turbo V8 with 750 PS and 800 Nm of torque. Both supercars are built by F1 teams, who still loose money while doing it. Which one makes the more interesting roadcar which gets under your skin? For both you do need to spend more or less half a million to own one of these…… Paul van Splunteren (1957) has over 40 years of experience in the automotive industry and was responsible for Porsche at the Dutch importer Pon for many years. If there is a discussion about cars it is not complete without his opinion – which he regularly shares with you in the "Even Rijden Met" podcast. Max van Splunteren (1995), Paul’s son, is not only an experienced Porsche Supercup driver but also a tech enthusiast with a background in Aerospace Engineering. In the podcast, he shares his technical insights and passion for speed. Upon request of international friends we have decided to make a couple of podcasts in English/American (although with subtitles on YouTube!). It felt very apropriate during our speeddates in the US with three sets of cars. We hope our regular audience doesnt mind this kind of evolution of our broadcast. Please let us know what you think!
