Abdel Ziamari narrowly survived a horrific crash. He would have to spend the rest of his life in a wheelchair. But partly due to his mindset, he fully recovered. During his hospital life years he had all the time to learn about his own brain. That enabled him to study and become a master of his thoughts. About Abdel Ziamari Abdel Ziamari is a NOC * NSF government recognized BJJ instructor at AmersfoortBJJ led by Prof Raoul Hiwat (AmsterdamBJJ) and is affiliated with the network of the European Grappling Jiu Jitsu Federation. Abdel makes frequent trips abroad, mainly Los Angeles in the United States to train at Kron Gracie's school. In this way Abdel gets his techniques as close to the source as possible; Kron is the son of Rickson Gracie and grandson of Helio Gracie. Abdel has also had the honor several times to train directly with Rickson himself.
