[English below] In het najaar van 2024 tijdens de Here and Now Showcase op het Edinburgh Festival, het Nederlands Theater Festival en het TheaterFestival Vlaanderen kwam een groep van zes theatermakers samen. Als guests in residence bezochten ze voorstellingen, ontmoetten andere professionals en voerden ze discussies over hun (internationale) werkpraktijk. De zes trokken negen dagen met elkaar op om de festivals vanuit hun persoonlijk perspectief te bekijken, de stand van de podiumkunsten (waarden, thema’s, werksituaties) in elk land op te maken, en indrukken met elkaar uit te wisselen. International Scene Change Exchange program & podcasts 2024  This year, we’re bringing together six brilliant artists to exchange ideas and perspectives over nine days together, supporting them to broaden and deepen their artistic practices in a cross-cultural dialogue with one another.  In the autumn of 2024, during the Here and Now Showcase at the Edinburgh Festival, the Dutch Theater Festival and the TheaterFestival Flanders, a group of six theater makers came together. As guests in residence, they attended performances, met other professionals and held discussions about their (international) work practice. The six spent nine days together to view the three festivals from their personal perspective, to assess the state of the performing arts (values, themes, work situations) in each country, and to exchange impressions with each other.  Lisanne Kniese made a three episodes podcast series of these conversations and encounters.   Episode 1: Introducing the makers.
